The challenge
ROQUEBRUN TAN sells through their Shopify storefront while also listing on external marketplaces and working with vendor partners. Inventory and orders needed to flow between channels without overselling or manual reconciliation.
Each vendor and channel had different data formats, requiring reliable mapping and error handling when sync failures occurred.
What we built
- CanCod designed middleware that connects Shopify to marketplace and vendor systems with bidirectional product, inventory, and order sync.
- Order routing rules send each line item to the correct fulfillment partner automatically.

Inventory levels stay aligned across Shopify and external sales channels
Orders route automatically to the correct vendor or fulfillment center
Reduced manual order splitting and spreadsheet-based reconciliation
Sync failures surface through alerts instead of silent data drift
